Alzheimers Queensland provides statewide support, education, information, and direct care services. The Association owns and operates three Aged Care Homes in Brisbane, four Multi Service Centres in Toowoomba, Brisbane and Ipswich and a 24 hour Advice Line.

The Multi Service Centres offer but are not limited to: home based and emergency respite, carer support group meetings, activity programs and young onset dementia services.

Ozcare is a statewide service that can work with your GP or Specialist Palliative Care Service to provide palliative care for Queenslanders over the age of 18 .

Services include palliative nursing at home or at an aged care facility. Can also provide respite care at home, in a day respite centre or in an aged care facility. Other home services include personal care, domestic assistance and specialist dementia services.

The hospice may be able to support you and your family members by visiting you in your home. Through our outreach service we can arrange for a nurse to visit you if you think that this might suit your needs better.

Referrals can be made directly to the Hospice - by you, your carer or family, your doctor, specialist or other health professionals.
